Nature Connection: Immerse yourself in the serene embrace of the woodlands. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the rustling leaves, and feel the earth beneath your feet.

Our activities will include:
Stacey is a yoga teacher who is passionate about supporting women whilst fostering a sense of sisterhood. She believes in the power of embodiment, encouraging women to fully inhabit and celebrate their bodies through mindful movement and breathwork.
Retreat Offering
During the retreat, the yoga classes will honour the fierce and nurturing Mother Goddess, Durga. She embodies courage, protection, and compassion—a divine trinity that guides us through life’s challenges with grace and resilience.
We will explore the multifaceted aspects of Durga. Her protective energy guiding us, helping us to set healthy boundaries and live authentically. Through purposeful asanas (postures), we will connect with her strength—the same strength that resides within us.
The focus is not just on the physical journey; it’s a dance of breath, movement, and stillness, anchoring us in the present and guiding us inward. We will chant Durga’s mantra, invoking her virtues within ourselves and through meditation tap into her timeless wisdom.
Serotonin Sam has walked the path from despair to joy, gathering essential tools and skills along the way. Motivated by her personal transformation, she is compelled to share this wisdom with others. As a wife, mother, and business owner, Sam understands the demands on women today. She will provide you with scientific evidence and practical techniques to help you achieve a happier life, filled with grace and ease.
